Best Western Westminster Hotel

Clean room but noisy neighbors.

Price was affordable. HVAC unit in my room was not working on first night. I notified front desk in the morning and it was fixed. I appreciate the response.

exit staircase on the far end of building smelled of smoke and the cleanser that was being used to cover up the smoke smell. I had to use this entry/exit throughout my stay because my room was on that end. The pastries served at breakfast were stale both Sat and Sun of my stay. Coffee was not very good.

You need a damn elevator.

My room was clean and well-maintained. Some improvements could be made in the water pressure of the shower, a bit disappointing.

Good postion to Washington or Baltimore trip

It was fine. The bed was hard but over all we enjoyed our stay. We have friends that live in town and we will probably stay again on our next trip there.

I loved the clean room with a comfy king bed, perfect for winding down after a day of sightseeing. The staff greeted me warmly at check-in, always ready to help with any requests. Breakfast was a highlight every day, with fresh scrambled eggs and a great variety of options. The outdoor pool area offered a nice space to relax, although it could use some warming for chillier days. The TV remote instructions could have been clearer. I struggled a bit to find the channels. I would definitely consider staying again, just prepared for the stairs next time.

The staff make a huge difference. Kelly at the front desk was particularly helpful. The hotel's location was ideal, with various shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast featured seasonal local products, a nice touch. While the pool was an unexpected treat, it could get crowded during peak times.
